Raised in a Gush Etzion settlement and educated at a yeshiva academy in Samaria, he fought on October 7th at a Gaza-envelope kibbutz and later participated in the raid on the Shifa Hospital in Gaza City as a company commander in Shaldag. He was previously wounded in the Gaza fighting but insisted on returning to his troops. On January 31, 2024, while locating a major strategic tunnel, he was targeted by a sniper and killed.
