On October 6th, the couple arrived at a Gaza-envelope kibbutz to visit her parents with their two young children. After hours of agonizing struggle inside their safe room, her father was murdered, and the rest of the family was violently abducted to Gaza. She and the children were freed in November 2023, but the father of the family is still being brutally held hostage in Gaza.
