Avshalom had been a police officer for about 12 years and worked as an investigator at the Rahat police station. He was tragically murdered on October 7 while on duty at a Nova party. He showed tremendous courage, fighting against armed terrorists and saving lives before his untimely death. Avshalom, 38 at the time of his death, left behind his wife Avital and three children.
